Would the theatre help the banker?

During the holding of the forum “The Day of the department” in Raiffeisen Bank Aval the agency had to organize theatrical play and to develop the instruments to attract visitors to the stand “Quality and processes” and to provide the maximum number of visitors of the stand. The agency offered the client the concept “The world behind the looking-glass”.

During the realization of the tasks the client wanted to touch all problems of servicing in the bank department, that’s why there was made a decision to show all this painful questions in comical form. Every day Raiffeisen Bank Aval improves the processes of servicing and always improves the quality of communication with clients. And one of the instruments of attracting the attention to this hard work was the performance “The dream of the client or The night in the bank world behind the looking-glass”. National actor Bohdan Benyuk and the theatre of improvisation “Black square” under the direction of the director Anatoliy Neyelov took part in the performance. Thus the play turned out to be unique in which the client gets in the world behind the looking glass where he has to pass the number of absurd situations and tests, to had over analyses, to transform into appearance of Lenin, to feel him/herself the football ball, to get onto operation room, almost get the credit for automobile under 35% a month for 48 hours.

To attract the attention of visitors for the stand “Quality and processes” we used the mimes which played mini-performances and with the work of presenter got the result that surpass our expectations.
